The Inner Earth Retreat

Reconnect with your true self and start living the life you’ve always desired - in just 6 days

May 10-16th 2025 - Devon, UK

This retreat is limited to just 11 participants to ensure a personalized and intimate experience.

Taking The Step

Let’s pause—you’ve been feeling stuck for a while now, haven’t you?

No matter how hard you try to shake it off, that sense of being lost keeps creeping back. Maybe it’s your job, your relationships, or life in general, but something feels off.

You know things need to change, but the “what” and “how” remain unclear. You’ve tried the books, the podcasts, maybe even a retreat, but nothing’s clicked.

Without real action, you’ll stay stuck, repeating the same cycles.

Step away from the hustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in this 6-day transformative experience designed to reanimate and reenchant your existence.

This is your chance to reconnect with your true self, gain a deeper understanding of who you are, and begin charting the course toward the life you truly want to live.

Real change begins when you decide to take that step

Why The Inner Earth Retreat Is Different

Meet Our Team

The retreat is facilitated by

Adam Stansbury

The founder of Inner Earth and a Life Journey Coach, speaker, author and student counsellor and psychotherapist.

With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, my journey began with a passion for helping people improve their physical health.

I believe life is a journey of learning and growth and by guiding you to explore your true self, I can help you find clarity and purpose.

“Life must be lived forwards but can only be understood looking backwards.”

Lucy Wallace

I’m an integrative counsellor specialising in embodied approaches to chronic health conditions and grief.

My journey began with a passion for contemporary dance and complementary therapies, evolving during a transformative cycling trip from London to India.

Along the way, I discovered a love for photography, deepening my connection to people, places, and healing.

I’m excited to be a co-facilitator on this Inner Earth retreat.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

Andrew Piggott

After years of working as an engineer, I sought a change (the kind we’ve all felt at some point), and trained as an outdoor instructor.

Now 4 years into that lifestyle, I have been climbing, hiking, paddling and adventuring all over the world.

I’ve discovered that working with others in nature is a great opportunity to share moments of peace, exhilaration, and testing our limits.

“Smile when the rain comes so you can appreciate the sunshine.”

Meet Your Food Alchemist

Hayley North

All that I offer through my work has come through my own personal journey. I combine a love of food, holistic cookery, yoga and the healing arts, bodywork and meditation, in a way that helps and inspires others to discover what works for them.

My work with food education and cookery has become what it is because of yoga. For me there is a deep relationship between the practice on the mat and preparing a meal in the kitchen.
