Let’s pause—you’ve been feeling stuck for a while now, haven’t you?
No matter how hard you try to shake it off, that sense of being lost keeps creeping back. Maybe it’s your job, your relationships, or life in general, but something feels off.
You know things need to change, but the “what” and “how” remain unclear. You’ve tried the books, the podcasts, maybe even a retreat, but nothing’s clicked.
Without real action, you’ll stay stuck, repeating the same cycles.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
After years of working as an engineer, I sought a change (the kind we’ve all felt at some point), and trained as an outdoor instructor.
Now 4 years into that lifestyle, I have been climbing, hiking, paddling and adventuring all over the world.
I’ve discovered that working with others in nature is a great opportunity to share moments of peace, exhilaration, and testing our limits.

All that I offer through my work has come through my own personal journey. I combine a love of food, holistic cookery, yoga and the healing arts, bodywork and meditation, in a way that helps and inspires others to discover what works for them.
My work with food education and cookery has become what it is because of yoga. For me there is a deep relationship between the practice on the mat and preparing a meal in the kitchen.
